Teams applying to be Sounders FC Ball Managers, Teams must meet the following criteria
- Must be a properly registered team of Washington Youth Soccer for the 2009-2010 seasonal year
- Players must be at least 14 years of age and properly registered with Washington Youth Soccer
- Teams/players must be in good standing with their Club/Association
- Players must wear adidas gear while on the field
- Players must sign a Liability Waiver and submit before taking the field
- Players must sign the Code of Conduct before taking the field.
Team managers: All applications must be electronically submitted by March 15th, 2010
- Team manager must complete electronic application form available on-line here
- A roster of the players participating (realizing that some may change during the season)
- A letter (150 words or less) stating why your team should be chosen to participate as Ball Managers, be sure to include community service your team has done and all your great accomplishments;
**Please understand that if your team is chosen to be Sounders FC Ball Mangers for the Sounders 2010 Season, you do not get to choose which game you participate in; your team will be assigned to a game. We do take distance of travel and age of team into account when teams are assigned.
