Players -- and PARENTS -- can benefit from Special Fall Training

Precision Sports Performance wants all FC Alliance players to be "run faster, jump higher, and be stronger."  Click HERE for information about special Fall programs, called "SAQ -  Speed, Agility,Quickness".  They are designed for players aged 9 - 13, to maxmize individual players potential. Older players can benefit from Strength and Conditioning sessions.

Parents can maximize their OWN potential, by attending one of Precision Sports Preformance’s Fall Cross Training programs -- even find out how they can work out while watching their players do a PSP training.  Click HERE for Adult Cross Training information.  Your player will be inspired to see you working out, too !

Pecision Sports Performance has a unique program, with qualified instructions, in several local offices -- two very convenient offices in North Creek and Canyon Park.  Find out more at their website, by clicking HERE.

Helping Players set Goals for Individual Soccer Development

Coaching Directors Dave, Hugo, and Katie, believe a core value that contributes to FC Alliance players' individual soccer development is setting personal goals.  They have devised a simple Evaluation Form that players can complete, and then use the results to set "S.M.A.R.T." short and long term goals.  Then players can print out a simple backpack "tag" on which they can write their goals as a reminder.
