U10 Player Registration and Team Formation

Welcome to the 2014 - 2015 Soccer Season! 

U10 Parents,

Below is player fee/registration information and the date and time of your team formation meeting:

2014-2015 FCA U10 Player Fees and Payment Schedule

9 vs 9 Player Fee: $1,685 (Fees will be adjusted to $1,685 from an initial $1,460 once it is determined which teams/players will be playing 9 vs 9.)

  • Payment Plan Option:
  • Initial Payment: $290 (Northshore Youth Soccer Association fee)
  • 9 Auto-Payments: $155 per month (payable the 10th of each month, June - February

6 vs 6 Player Fee: $1,460

  • Payment Plan Option:
  • Initial Payment: $290 (Northshore Youth Soccer Association fee)
  • 9 Auto-Payments: $130 per month (payable the 10th of each month, June - February

Payment Processing Fees: There is a $2/payment processing fee on credit card payments and a $3/payment processing fee on e-check payments. If you choose the payment plan option, the total processing fees are $20 or $30, respectively.

If your player was not registered with a Washington Youth Soccer Club (WYS) club last season they will need to be registered with WYS in the 2013-2104 season so they are covered by insurance until the 9/1/2014 effective date of their new 2014-2015 registration with FCA. There is an additional $15 fee for this registration. If you need to complete this additional registration please contact Kim Mastan kmastan@fcalliance.net.

Other Player Expenses

Team Fee: $200-$300

Uniforms: $136.22 new player/$34.93 returning player.  New player kit includes:  one pair shorts, two pairs of socks, back pack and a warm up jacket. Returning player kit includes:  one pair shorts and two pairs of socks.

* Home and away game short sleeve jerseys will be provided by the club for all players.

Due at Team Formation: $100 Team Fee - Given to Team Treasurer, $12-$24 check for training shirt(s), if needed, given to uniform coordinator.

Scholarships are available for hardship situations. Download the Scholarship Form and mail or email to FCA administrator, Kim Mastan kmastan@fcalliance.net.

Player Registration

  • Online registration can be completed by going to our Affinity registration site here: FCA Registration
  • Log in to your Affinity account that you created for tryout registration. If you attended tryouts but did not register online, click on the Forgot UserName/Password link to retrieve your account information.
  • Be sure that all your information is complete and up to date, including both parent’s info, medical insurance information, etc.
  • If new to the club, upload a copy of your birth certificate or passport. If you are unable to upload a copy, please email or fax a copy to Kim Mastan, FCA Registrar, kmastan@fcalliance.net or Fax: 425-489-2765.
  • Acknowledge the waivers and notices and select a payment option.
  • Once payment is completed, please print and sign the Medical/Transportation Waiver and the Codes of Conduct and turn them in to your team manager at your team formation meeting.
  • Your member account provides you information regarding your balance, allows you to change your credit card information or pay your fees in full at any time during the year.
  • Please complete registration as soon as possible after accepting a position on the team.

Team Formation

At your team formation meeting you will be completing team and player registration, paying team fees, signing up for team volunteer positions and electing a Team Representative.

What to bring to the meeting:

  • Signed Player Registration/Medical Release Form,
  • Signed Codes of Conduct,
  • Copy of player’s birth certificate or passport (if new to the club),
  • Check for initial team fee payable to the team
  • Check for training shirts, if needed
  • Volunteer role you would like to fill - Volunteer Descriptions (Team Manager and Team Rep descriptions)

Uniforms

Uniforms will be ordered through Schmetzer’s Sporthaus. Uniform fitting and purchase will occur later in May or early June.
